Ingredients
  • 300 grams of frozen, unpeeled medium red prawns
  • 2 Big Garlic Purple Garlic cloves
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon of sweet paprika
  • Sal
  • Oil
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh parsley
  • 200 grams of noodles
  • 1 dried chili pepper (Cayenne)
Step by step
  1. We peel the red prawn, chop the chili pepper, the parsley and the two garlic cloves, separate the half teaspoon of sweet paprika and leave everything ready to put in the pan.

  2. We bring the water to a boil with two tablespoons of oil and one of salt.

    When the water is boiling, we add the noodles.

  3. In a frying pan with oil, sauté the peeled shrimp along with the sweet paprika, chopped garlic, and chopped chili pepper. Add a little salt and stir constantly.

  4. When the garlic is golden and the prawn is pink, remove it from the heat.

  5. FINISHED DISH:

    Once the noodles are cooked al dente, drain them and while still hot, add them to the pan with the shrimp sauté, add the chopped parsley and stir everything together, heating it over high heat until all the ingredients are well mixed.

  6. Finally, we serve it on a large platter with a drizzle of oil and a sprinkle of chopped parsley on top, and it's ready to eat. Enjoy!
