Easy
We remove the edges of the cornbread and portion it into equal rectangles.
In a frying pan over medium heat, add a few drops of extra oil and brown the cornbread on both sides and remove.
Off the heat, we sear the halved garlic cloves with the heat of the pan.
When they are marked, we sprinkle the cloves over our cornbread toast, add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and a pinch of Maldon salt.
On the toast we place cream cheese spread and the cherries, raspberries and figs, cut into wedges and we round the toasts with three wedges of each and placed equally.
We do the same with the cherry tomatoes and finish with some fresh dill leaves.
FINISHED DISH:
On a flat plate, we place four toasts per person and decorate with a little dill, raspberries, figs…

– It's a starter that can be a good appetizer on its own with a beer or a glass of red wine.
– It's a very pleasant toast for hot days and to make the most of these last days of summer.
– We can enrich this toast with some good smoked salmon, marinated herring…
– By using gluten-free corn bread and no other gluten-containing products, this is a delicious toast suitable for celiacs. Just be careful that the cream cheese doesn't contain gluten or traces of gluten; check the ingredients label.
