  • 500 grams of beef tenderloin
  • 20 gr de Grasa de Wagyu
  • Maldon Salt or Flower of Salt
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Step by step
  1. We peel the garlic cloves and slice them.

  2. We slice the sirloin steak. Approximately 1 finger thick.

  3. We place a frying pan over medium heat with a generous drizzle of olive oil and brown the garlic until it has a golden color.

  4. We remove the garlic and, in the same oil, we fry the sirloin steaks.

  5. Once they are cooked, we drain them on absorbent paper to remove excess oil.

  6. FINISHED DISH:

In the center of a flat plate, we place the Sirloin steaks.

  7. On top, we scatter the garlic slices and a little Wagyu fat.

  8. Season to taste with coarse salt and a little of the frying oil.

The advice of

– It is a very simple but tasty dish, because by adding Wagyu fat we make the result different from what we are used to.
– We recommend that the size of the steaks be approximately 1 finger, but it depends on each person's taste and whether we like the meat more or less cooked.

Don't miss a thing!
