Easy
We peel the Spring Violet Garlic cloves and chop them finely.
We clean the first leaves of the young garlic, remove the roots and chop them finely.
Bring a pot of water to a boil and season with salt. Once boiling, add the pasta and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until al dente. Drain the pasta.
In a frying pan over medium heat, pour a splash of oil and add the garlic, tender garlic, and cayenne peppers.
We leave it for a few minutes until it starts to take on color, stirring so that it doesn't stick, and then we add the fresh herbs and pasta.
Let's stir-fry lightly so that all the flavors are infused and then remove from heat.
FINISHED DISH:
We will present our dish on a plate, garnishing it with fresh sprigs of thyme. We will season it with fleur de sel and a drizzle of olive oil.
