Pickled Mussels with Seaweed Salad and Purple Garlic

Ingredients
  • 1 clove of Purple Garlic
  • 1 can of pickled mussels
  • Dehydrated Algae
  • 10 ml of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 5 ml of Rice Vinegar
  • 1 grams of Kimchi Sauce
  • Sal
Step by step
  1. We peel the clove of purple garlic and grate it finely.

  2. We hydrate the seaweed in water for 5 minutes and drain it. Then we put it in boiling salted water for 3 minutes, drain it and set it aside.

  3. In a bowl, place the seaweed and add the garlic, the Kimuchi sauce, the oil and the vinegar, and mix everything well.

  4. FINISHED DISH:

    On a tray, we present the can of mussels along with a plate for the dressed seaweed.

The advice of

– We used a can of pickled mussels to make it a quick dish to prepare, but we can also pickle fresh mussels ourselves.
– We can include some chopped fresh chives and lime zest in the dressing for the Seaweed Salad; it will add a fresh touch that will contrast with the pickling.
