Ingredients
  • 4 cloves of white garlic
  • ½ Lemon
  • Fresh parsley
  • White wine
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Sal
Step by step
  1. We peel the garlic cloves and place them in the blender cup.

  2. Add a few leaves of parsley without the stem and a good splash of olive oil, and blend until you get an emulsified, green sauce.

  3. Add a splash of wine and the juice of half a lemon, and blend again until the sauce is smooth. Set aside.

  4. We wash the mushrooms with water and dry them well. We cut them into large quarters, and if they are small, we leave them whole.

  5. In a non-stick frying pan over medium heat, add a drizzle of olive oil and sauté the mushrooms with a pinch of salt. Once they have turned golden brown, add the green sauce, sauté for a few seconds, and remove from the heat.

  6. FINISHED DISH:

In a flat plate, bowl or earthenware casserole dish we will place the Mushrooms in Sauce, and decorate with a few leaves of Parsley.

The advice of

– It's a quick and easy appetizer to prepare, with a great flavor and very pleasing to the palate.
– The green sauce we have made can be used to sauté the mushrooms, both on the griddle and on the grill.
– We must control the cooking point of the mushrooms, because if we overcook them they could become very dry and black, changing their texture and flavor.

Don't miss a thing!
