Easy
We take the 2 cloves of garlic and, before peeling them, we crush them. We finish peeling them, cut them into strips, and then into small cubes.
In a bowl, add the oil and vinegar, along with a pinch of salt.
We cut the chili peppers into thin slices and put them in the vinaigrette.
We add the Garlic Brown, stir and let it rest for 5 minutes so that all the flavors blend together.
FINISHED DISH:
On a flat plate, place the anchovies in vinegar in a line, one next to the other, with the skin facing down so that the flesh is visible and it looks more attractive.
We garnish with fresh parsley and enjoy our appetizer!
We dress the anchovies with the vinaigrette we made and add the seeds on top.

Miguel Ángel Mateos:
– The chili peppers will give this traditional dish a spicy touch that combines very well with the anchovy.
– It's a quick dish and perfect for an appetizer with friends.
– We can substitute the Boquerón with salted anchovies and use the same vinaigrette.
