Easy
We chop the garlic cloves, first into slices, then into strips and finally into the finest dice possible.
We place the sugar and water in a saucepan over low heat and add the finely chopped garlic.
Mix and let it simmer for about 6 minutes, until the garlic is tender and we have a colorless syrup, then remove from the heat.
During this time we will not stir, to prevent the sugar from clumping and crystallizing.
Meanwhile, place the chocolate coating in a glass bowl and microwave it for 30 seconds. Remove it and stir well, and if it's still solid, microwave it for another 30 seconds, then remove and stir until it's completely melted.
We put it into chocolate molds (3/4 full), and we will add to each chocolate 1 whole hazelnut and a small teaspoon of confit garlic with a little syrup from the cooking (from step 2).
We cover with a little more of the melted coating until the chocolate mold is completely filled. We remove the excess with a spatula and let it cool.

FINISHED DISH:
5. Once cooled and unmolded, in this case, we placed the chocolates in a candy dish and on a small breakfast tray, accompanying it with a small cup of whipped cream and chocolate sprinkles.
They need to be cold to unmold properly. We can put the chocolate mold in the refrigerator, covered with cling film, so they harden faster.
– By confiting the garlic over low heat along with the sugar, we obtain a very fine, sweet and tasty garlic syrup, reminiscent of garlic, but without the intensity we seek in savory dishes.
– We can fill it with walnuts, almonds, cereals and various dried fruits.
– You can use white icing instead of black, but the contrast is more effective with black; try it and see which one you prefer.
– Try mixing it with different flavors like grated lime, ginger… you'll be surprised by the result.
– We melt the coating in the microwave in two stages, to prevent it from burning.
