Easy
We peel the garlic cloves, slice them and cut them into small cubes.
We cut the cucumbers into thin slices and dice the carrots and strawberries.
In a frying pan over medium heat, pour a drizzle of oil and add the garlic, cucumber, and carrot. Let the mixture soften until tender.
We wash the mushrooms and add them to the vegetables.
We add the strawberries, sauté for a few minutes and season.
FINISHED DISH:
On a plate, place the sautéed mushrooms in the center and garnish with fresh parsley. Add lemon spheres on top of the vegetables and a few spoonfuls of double cream.

_Miguel Ángel Mateos:
– Instead of using Lemon Spheres, we can substitute them with Lemon or Lime zest.
Double cream, or double cream, isn't commonly used in our country, but it has a higher fat content than whipping cream or cooking cream. Therefore, it will add great flavor to the dish.
– Enoki mushrooms can be substituted with seasonal or cultivated mushrooms.
