Easy
We peel the garlic cloves, slice them and chop them.
We cut the tuna into roughly equal cubes.
We peeled the broad beans.
In a saucepan over medium heat, pour a drizzle of oil and, when it's warm, add the garlic. When it starts to brown, add the flour and stir until a smooth paste forms.
Add the stock and stir to combine everything well. Then add the broad beans.
Bring to a boil, taste for salt, and turn off the heat. Add the tuna and stir gently until it changes color.
FINISHED DISH:
In a deep plate, we place a base of broad beans with a little sauce. And, on top, we add some chunks of tuna.

– We shouldn't let the tuna cook too long, as it will change its texture and become dry.
– We can change the fish in the dish, using cockles, clams, mussels…
– If we cannot find seasonal broad beans, we can substitute them with canned broad beans.
