Hello friends! Today we're presenting the last appetizer in our series of "quick recipes" that we've been sharing with you this month. We're going to prepare Pickled Mussels accompanied by a delicious salad with a BIG twist! We hope you try making it and like it as much as we do!!

Easy
We peel the clove of purple garlic and grate it finely.
We hydrate the seaweed in water for 5 minutes and drain it. Then we put it in boiling salted water for 3 minutes, drain it and set it aside.
In a bowl, place the seaweed and add the garlic, the Kimuchi sauce, the oil and the vinegar, and mix everything well.
FINISHED DISH:
On a tray, we present the can of mussels along with a plate for the dressed seaweed.

– We used a can of pickled mussels to make it a quick dish to prepare, but we can also pickle fresh mussels ourselves.
– We can include some chopped fresh chives and lime zest in the dressing for the Seaweed Salad; it will add a fresh touch that will contrast with the pickling.
