Ingredients
  • 2 cloves of Purple Garlic
  • 6 slices of sandwich bread or similar
  • 100 gra of cream for assembling
  • 20 grams of sugar
  • 20 grams of chocolate noodles or shavings
  • 50 grams of honey
  • 25 grams of butter
Step by step
  1. Peel the purple garlic cloves and cut them in half. Set them aside.

  2. Using a heart-shaped mold, we're going to cut the bread slices to make some romantic toast.

  3. In the frying pan, over medium heat, we are going to melt a teaspoon of butter and brown the hearts on both sides, until they get a nice golden color.

  4. Now we're going to whip the cream, adding the sugar. In our case, we used a siphon, but you can also do it by hand; you just need to beat the mixture until the cream whips up.

  5. We rub the garlic on the toast and then spread it with honey.

  6. Finally, we add the whipped cream and sprinkle on a few chocolate vermicelli.

  7. FINISHED DISH:

We've plated the Toast Hearts on a black slate plate to make them stand out more. And we've accompanied them with a small cup of the leftover whipped cream, so those with a sweet tooth can add more if they like.

  8. We've presented all of this on a tray, so we can bring breakfast in bed to the person we love most.

The advice of

– The flavor and textural contrasts of these toasts will pleasantly surprise you.
– We shouldn't press the garlic clove too hard onto the toast, just give it a light touch
passed over, so that it absorbs all the flavor and aroma of the tooth.

Don't miss a thing!
