Hey everyone! How about we make a veggie recipe? You have to try tofu. It's a plant-based protein made from soybeans and water, and it's very easy to digest, making it great for people with sensitive stomachs. Let's get started!

Easy
We peel and finely slice the cloves of Spring White Garlic.
We cut the onion into julienne strips, that is, into thin strips. And we do the same with the zucchini and the peppers.
We drain the tofu and cut it into squares, about a finger thick.
We put a wok, or a non-stick frying pan, over medium heat and add a splash of oil.
When it's hot, add the garlic and wait until it turns golden brown. At that point, add the rest of the vegetables and a pinch of salt.
We sauté the mixture for a few minutes and then add the tofu. We wait a few more minutes, until the tofu has browned, and then remove it from the heat.
FINISHED DISH:
On a flat plate, place the sautéed vegetables with the tofu and add a sprig of fresh parsley for garnish.

– We can enrich the flavor of the dish by adding some slices of ginger, just at the moment of browning the garlic, so that they aromatize our stir-fry.
– To finish our dish with a juicier touch, we can add a little Soy, Kimchi or Teriyaki sauce at the last minute, just before removing it from the heat.
