Easy
Peel the garlic cloves and slice them thinly. Set them aside.
We cut the zucchini into slices, then into strips, and finally into small squares. We do the same with the carrot, but we also peel it.
We remove the outer leaves of the cabbage and cut it into quarters; that is, we cut it in half and then cut each half in half again. This will make it easier to remove the core, which is the toughest part. Once this is done, we finely julienne the quarters.
In a non-stick frying pan over medium heat, add a drizzle of oil and the sliced garlic. Just before they start to brown, add the diced ham, followed by the carrot, zucchini, and cabbage.
We season, sauté and when it starts to color we remove it from the heat.
FINISHED DISH:
On a flat plate we place a mold, in our case it is square but we can use the one we have at home, and put the sautéed vegetables inside.
We chop some fresh parsley and sprinkle it on top. We also add a sprig of parsley to the vegetables.
Carefully remove the mold and you're done!

This recipe is very versatile and can be adapted to our taste, as we can use the combination of vegetables we like best and the type of cured meat we want, for example, dried beef, York ham, pastrami, etc.
– Similarly, we can use the herbs and/or spices we like best, thus changing the flavor of the stir-fry, such as rosemary, thyme, oregano,… Of course, we recommend that they be fresh herbs to further enhance the dish.
– Sautéing the cabbage softens its flavor, making it a dish that will please almost all types of diners.
