Peel the garlic clove and grate it into a bowl.
Add the two avocados, without the peel, to the bowl and mash them with a fork until you have a smooth paste.
We also add the lime or lemon juice, the finely chopped cilantro, and the tomatoes diced very small.
We add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and a few drops of sriracha or tabasco.
We mix everything well and taste it for salt.
FINISHING THE DISH _ In this case we are going to show two presentation options:
For the first one we need a small wooden bowl, where we will put our exquisite guacamole and decorate it with the crispy jalapeños, accompanied on an olive wood board with nachos.
For the second option, we've chosen a white plate. In the center, we'll place the guacamole, top it with the crispy jalapeños, and arrange the nachos around it.

– For this recipe, we used a Chinese hot sauce called Sriracha, which is just as spicy as Tabasco, but not as intensely hot. However, either option will pair perfectly with the other ingredients.
– Small diced fresh spring onion or red onion can be added to give the guacamole a more refreshing touch.
– It's important that the corn tortillas are crispy, because that's what will make our dish stand out.
– Garlic gives this recipe a different touch, but we must be careful not to add too much so that its flavor is subtle and does not overpower the other ingredients.
