Ingredients
  • 8 Big Garlic Black Garlic cloves
  • 20 grams of raw almonds
  • 15 grams of puffed rice
  • 400 grams of 70% Pure Chocolate
  • 5 ml of Blackberry Liqueur
Step by step
  1. We peel and cut the black garlic.

  2. We chop the chocolate and place it in a glass bowl to microwave it for 1 minute.

  3. Remove it from the microwave and stir well with a spoon until all the chocolate is melted. If it doesn't melt completely, you can repeat the process of microwaving it in 30-second intervals. Be careful not to burn the chocolate.

  4. Add the black garlic and almonds to the chocolate, and stir well.

  5. We add a few drops of blackberry liqueur and mix.

  6. Cut the parchment paper to the size of the container you're going to use and pour in the mixture, making sure it's about a finger's width deep. Let it cool.

  7. Now we're going to repeat the same process, but instead of adding the almond, we'll add the puffed rice.

  8. Once our chocolate tablets have hardened, we take them out of the container and proceed to cut them with the help of a knife, into bite-sized pieces.

  9. FINISHED DISH:

In a bowl, vase, or metal flowerpot, we place a base of baking paper and fill it with our chocolate rocks.

The advice of

– You have to be careful when heating chocolate in the microwave, as it is very delicate and burns quickly.
– The blackberry liqueur gives it a very pleasant flavor, but only in small quantities, otherwise the chocolate will not become hard and crisp again.
– To add flavor we can add lime peel, orange peel, apple liqueur, peach liqueur…

Don't miss a thing!
